Graham Cochran
Dr. Graham Cochran is a faculty member at The Ohio State University currently working on OSU Extension's Human Resources Team and in the Department of Human and Community Resource Development. Drawing on his experience as a non-formal educator and administrator, Graham works with students and organizations to build their capacity through professional and organizational development.
He has been with Ohio State for fifteen years serving OSU Extension as county educator, county director, director at Adventure Central, and interim state specialist. Graham's research focus is on integration and application of knowledge that informs Extension education and non-formal education practice, emphasizing organizational development and workforce development (both for current and future employees). Present teaching and research includes work in competency modeling and competency-based human resource management.
Graham lives in Worthington with his wife and two children.
