Kick It In & Spark Your Team Resources
Team Building Tools + Tips
Top Take-aways from the Kick It In and Spark Your Team Event
- Celebration and fun can be applied to teamwork.
- Keeping a positive attitude.
- We must remember that everyone sees situations from a different perspective...and that's okay.
- F+OLA=Getting it right now (repeat).
- Celebrate success with positive follow ups to every situation.
- Try to observe big picture more (O.L.A.) to take ownership with team.
- Fun-Good-Work I need to have more fun and I need to plan the fun part.
- Having fun is influenced by how hard you work at it because you work hard and get good at the things you have fun doing.
- Pay attention and respond appropriately. Be engaged at all times and then do my part in a positive, appropriate manner.
- Get over the fear of looking stupid and you can accomplish anything.
- We need to take some chances as an organization. Stop thinking inside the box because that's how things are always done. Be unafraid to make a mistake because it could lead to something good.
