"Here's a list of activities you can easily try in your office:

1.  Start every memo or e-mail message with a funny                                                                       
      quotation.
2.  At meetings or parties, hold a 'complete the sentence'
      contest.
3.  Get a large fish tank.
4.  Take a field trip.
5.  Have an art day.
6.  Let employees write funny business cards.
7.  Run an essay contest.
8.  Let employees share funny questions and comments.
9.  Name your conference rooms and other common areas.
