"Your leadership gifts are needed everywhere in small ways. This includes your communities as well as the world at large. Mother Teresa said: 'Small things with great love. It is not how much we do, but how much love we put into the doing. It is not how much we give, but how much love we put into the giving.' Decide how you can best use your leadership gifts to transform the world in a small way. Remember that to transform is more than change; it means that things will never be the same as they are now. Use your leadership to make a difference (Owen, 2000, pp. 143-144)."
