"Special skills are required for successful teamwork.  Here are ten skills team members can develop.

1. The skill of self-management
2. The skill of communication
3. The skill of leadership
4. The skill of responsibility
5. The skill of supporting diversity
6. The skills of feedback and evaluation
7. The skill of strategic planning
8. The skill of shaping successful meetings
9. The skill of resolving conflicts
10. The skill of enjoyment
