Feedback...The Breakfast of Championships
Feedback…The Breakfast of Championships
"When people give you honest constructive criticism, don't be so thin-skinned.
Here's what feedback can do:
· Give you the information you need to self-correct.
· Let you know and analyze ahead of time what proper moves to make before you do something inappropriate, self-defeating, illegal, immoral, or displeasing.
· Let you get a grip on your life and avoid self-defeating behavior.
· Help educate you to what changes you might make for improving your chances for success and happiness.
· Give you the power of self-knowledge.
· Give you another tool to 'fix it' when stuff happens (Alston & Thaxton, 2003, p. 100)."

How well do you handle feedback?
