Versatility
"Versatility is the ability to understand and work in the 'world' of another. It means valuing differences so we look for a person's strengths not weaknesses. It means respecting different ways of learning, hearing, and processing information. Here are some characteristics of a versatile person:
· Win/win oriented
· Adaptable
· Situational
· Can express or withhold feelings as appropriate
· Can talk or listen as needed
· Values others
· Negotiable
· Responsive
· Resilient
· Considerate (McNally, 1998, p. 170)."
