Why are assessments important to my growth as a Leader?
Assessments provide leaders with the opportunity to identify natural tendencies based on your individuality. It then allows you to use these natural talents to the benefit of those you lead as well as the respective organization.
Which one should I take?
Each of the tools either assesses a different perspective of leadership or to various degrees. It would be helpful to talk with one of the OSU Leadership Center consultants to discuss your individual situation and goals.
I am looking for strategies to build a more effective team in my office. Can these assessments be used to build cooperation and collaboration across team members?
Most certainly! Many times these assessments are utilized with entire office units, newly formed teams, or exsisting teams. The process allows for both individual and group profiles that enable individual team members to be more effective which leads to a much stronger collective effort.
What is the cost?
