This workshop is created to honor Administrative Professionals and the contribution of service and excellence they give to their organizations. Just like the song from the Wizard of Oz, "If I Only Had".... (a brain, heart, or courage), there are times that you wish you had a way of dealing with the "wicked witches" in your life.  Learn a five step process that will immediately become a magic wand in dealing with difficult personalities.  Have you ever looked around and realized that you're not in Kansas anymore?  Explore the wide range of diversity that each co-worker brings to your organization.  Do you remember when Dorothy realized that she didn't need the wizard to get back home, she had it in her along?  Discover that like Dorothy, you too have the ability to recognize the unique skills and talents you bring to your organization.  Plan on a day filled with learning, humor and fun to motivate you to follow the yellow brick road to your success.
