Meetings are a fundamental and essential process for workgroups, teams, committees, and organizations.  They can be effective or they can be a waste of time; they can be a positive experience or a disaster.  Participants will learn how to plan and lead a productive meeting and learn the essential follow-up steps necessary for success.   During this workshop, participants will:

learn how to guide the group to achieve the goals of the meeting;
understand basic group dynamics and processes; and
learn how to effectively use tools and techniques to facilitate group meetings, decision making, and dialogues.
