There is no one best way to influence people.  Which leadership style a person should use with individuals or groups depends upon the readiness level of the people the leader is attempting to influence.  Participants will explore four leadership styles and situations for which each style is most appropriate as well as complete a leadership behavior analysis to discover their preferred style, effectiveness, and flexibility.
