Is your team the best that it can be? Do you show up every day and do your job without spending time with your teammates?  It takes togetherness for a group to become a team.  Participants learn about cooperation, communication, problem solving, interdependency, self-realization and the five stages of team development through participation in simulations and dialogues.

 Objectives

Participants will:

Develop an increased joy and skill in working with others.
Understand and use the decision making process in a team.
Increase their mutual support and trust within a team.
Further develop their communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal
