Join us in this opportunity to learn in a different manner than the traditional classroom or workshop experience. This cinematic experience will allow participants to study the actual behaviors of the film's characters in the context of a more real living and breathing person than can be achieved from the pages of a novel or textbook. It is one thing to read about women in leadership roles but it is entirely different to see a film dramatization of females in leadership situations and dealing with the challenges of their positions, peers, superiors, and followers. We will be exploring women in leadership roles through films such as:
