"The Wizard of Oz" produced by Metro Goldwyn Mayer in 1939 and starring Judy Garland as Dorothy takes a unique look at the importance of work teams.  Come along with Dorothy and her companions as they pursue a shared objective. Learn how Dorothy draws on her inner resources, builds a team, delegates tasks while empowering others to imaginatively and creatively take risks.
