Today change seems to be the one constant in our lives.  How we approach change makes all the difference in whether change manages us or we manage change.  This seminar will focus on key strategies for leaders to build their change capacity through the exploration and application of an integrated exploration of Covey's (2004) 8th Habit and Kotter's (1995) organizational change process.
