Technology Tools for Management and Leadership

Technology has become a double-edged sword to many of us. We rely on it to perform many professional and personal tasks but are constantly trying to keep up with the newest tools. This program focuses on introducing new technology tools, how they work and can be used, and where to go for more information and training. Examples of the tools covered include blogs, wikis, and podcasts. Specifically, we will:

        Explore new trends affecting technology and its use in leadership and management
        Discuss and demonstrate various tools 
        Engage in discussions about how the tools can be used to strengthen leadership and management

Participants will receive a detailed workbook with directions on how to use the various tools. Post-session follow-up can be enhanced with a private website to allow participants to continue to ask questions and offer solutions to each other and the instructor.
