AgOne is a personalized leadership development program designed for individuals who want to elevate their impact within Ohio’s agriculture industry. Delivered by The Ohio State University College of Food, Agriculture, and Environmental Sciences in collaboration with the OSU Leadership Center, AgOne focuses on developing the individual leader; helping participants clarify their purpose, strengthen their leadership capabilities, and intentionally level up their influence. AgOne is centered on personal leadership growth, guiding individuals from where they are today to where they want to be as leaders.
