Coaching and Mentoring are Two Different Things Learn to Do Both
There is a lot of literature surrounding the meanings of coaching and mentoring, each with a slightly different perspective. How do they differ? How are they the same? How are they a part of and benefit to the larger organizational system?
Workshop participants will:
- Understand the fundamental difference between coaching and mentoring
- Identify practical aspects of engaging in a coaching or mentoring process
- Explore approaches to employee motivation
- Learn the G.R.O.W. model of coaching
Brian Raison is facilitating this workshop.
