There is a lot of literature surrounding the meanings of coaching and mentoring, each with a slightly different perspective. How do they differ? How are they the same? How are they a part of and benefit to the larger organizational system?

Workshop participants will:

  • Understand the fundamental difference between coaching and mentoring
  • Identify practical aspects of engaging in a coaching or mentoring process
  • Explore approaches to employee motivation
  • Learn the G.R.O.W. model of coaching
