What major trends and issues will affect leadership in the next 3-5 years? How can we look ahead to take actions now that help us create a better tomorrow? We analyze trends and issues facing society and present them in interactive workshops. Primary focus areas include trends in technology, demographics, economy,, and other relevant fields.

The changing demography of the US

Makers

Climate changes

After attending this session leaders will be able to:

  • Identify trends
  • Understand trend implications
  • Prepare for future trends and issues and how they impact our leadership

 

First Run Fridays, is a series of four workshops that covers a variety of current challenges related to leadership in any setting. First Run Fridays also serves as a ‘pilot test’ of the new workshop topics to help determine if they should be added to the Leadership Center’s signature workshop rotation in the future. These four workshops scheduled beginning in September 2019.
