Why Can't We All Just Get Along?
"Success in life, in anything, depends upon the number of persons that one can make himself agreeable to.” -Thomas Carlyle
Working relationships are improved when you know and understand your personality style. Why? Because it helps you understand your behavior and why you act the way you do. When you can figure out what makes people tick and what ticks them off, you can create strategies for improving your relationships with them.
Through the completion of the Spectrum Temperament Development assessment as well as participating in interactive exercises, you will have the opportunity to develop components for achieving optimal success in your relationships. This workshop is designed to help individuals and teams with:
• Positive Conflict Resolution
• Effective Communication
• Improving Teamwork
Objectives:
• Participants will gain an understanding of their strengths, needs and motivators.
• Participants will gain an awareness about how they can improve their workplace through learning more about their co-workers.
• Participants will learn to value the difference among the people around them
Please note, if you are unable to attend you may send someone else in your place. Cancellations made prior to the day of the workshop will be refunded minus a $5 cancellation fee.
