“Highly talented entrepreneurs exhibit behaviors that are markedly different from those of their less talented peers.” -

“Entrepreneurship is the art of turning an idea into a customer.”  (Gallup)  If you create value in your current position, you are an entrepreneur.  From creating new ideas, developing new procedures, or building relationships with current and potential customers, you are enterprising, Gallup has created a new assessment which identifies the talents of your entrepreneurship.  There are ten talents assessed, and the goal is to identify the intensity of your entrepreural  of each talent.

These talents include:

Business Focus
Creative Thinker

By developing your entrepreneurial talents, you can identify ways to further develop your talents.  This workshop is designed to help you learn how to optimize your talents at work.  Time will be spent planning how you can accomplish your goals by utilizing your entreprenural talents.

To attend this workshop, it is strongly suggested that you have participated in a StrengthsFinder introductory workshop.

Participants in this workshop will:

·         Identify the intensity of the ten talents from your assessment results.

·         Develop an action plan to strengthen these talents.

·         Learn how to achieve entrepreneurial success by further investing in these talents.



*It is highly encouraged that you have participated in an introductory StrengthsFinder workshop before attending this workshop.
