“Entrepreneurship is the art of turning an idea into a customer.” (Gallup) If you create value in your current position, you are an entrepreneur. From creating new ideas, developing new procedures, or building relationships with current and potential customers, you are enterprising; Gallup has created a new assessment which identifies the talents of your entrepreneurship. There are ten talents assessed, and the goal is to identify the intensity of your entrepreneurial of each talent.

Risk-Taker
By developing your entrepreneurial talents, you can identify ways to further develop your talents. This workshop is designed to help you learn how to optimize your talents at work. Time will be spent planning how you can accomplish your goals by utilizing your entrepreneurial talents.
To attend this workshop, it is strongly suggested that you have participated in a StrengthsFinder introductory workshop.
