It’s a Wonderful Life

We are all familiar with the holiday classic “It’s a Wonderful Life.” This workshop focuses on the innate positive behavior in the hero George Bailey, to exemplify the fundamentals of service leadership. A service leadership philosophy helps your organization become even more wonderful and successful.

Participants in this workshop can expect to learn:

·        What is Servant Leadership

·        What Makes Servant Leadership different

·        What Servant Leadership looks like by viewing clips of George Bailey’s life

White Christmas

The movie “White Christmas” has become a holiday tradition.  This workshop spotlights the positive impact that Major General Thomas Waverly had on his troops.  These veterans team up together to help their beloved commanding officer when they learn that his inn in Vermont has not had any snow.

Participants in this workshop can expect to learn:

·        The importance of teamwork

·        Find ways to make things happen instead of sitting around and waiting for things to happen

·        Ways to take the opportunity to “pay back” someone who has made a positive impact in her/his life
