Because it helps you understand your behavior any why you act the way you do.  When you can figure out what makes people tick and what ticks them off, you can create strategies for improving your relationships with them.

Through the completion of the Spectrum Temperament Development assessment as well as participating in interactive exercises, you will have the opportunity to develop components for achieving optimal success in your relationships.  This workshop is designed to help individuals and teams with:
